Our Products
We offer a complete product range of Temperature Transmitter and Ultrasonic Level Transmitter
SPECIFICATION
Temperature transmitter integrates RTD/thermocouple and temperature transmitter module which can output 4-20mA corresponding to temperature range.
Universal input accepts Thermocouples J, K, T, E, N, R, S, B and Pt100, Pt1000 and NTC RTD with programmable working range
HART protocol optional
Our series head mounted temperature transmitter modules are developed on rich experience of developing and actual using. We are always willing to hear the voice of clients and do responding design accordingly. With low price, the temperature transmitter can be used for signal input of RTD, thermocouple, resistors and voltage(mv). RTD include PT100, PT1000, CU50, CU100. Thermocouple mainly have K, B, E, J, N, R, S, T
The output signal mainly have analog 4-20mA, 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc and digital RS485 Modbus-RTU. HART protocol is available as requirement.
The head mounted temperature transmitter is developed on industrial class platform with 16-bit and 24-bit AD, and the accuracy can reach 0.1 class. All ICs from professional brand are introduced with to ensure long-term stability and working life. Well-established system design with anti-surge and anti-reverse-connection avoids wrong-operation and wrong-installing in the actual using. Enhanced system software is adopted, mainly having low voltage monitor and reset, multi-task schedule optimization, etc. In order for large stock purpose by big clients, part of the series temperature transmitters can be set by USB on computer or Android mobile phone.
RS485 Modbus RTU Temperature TransmitterHere we are proud to introduce head mounted temperature transmitter with RS485 Modbus-RTU. You may easily find such temperature transmitters usually have analog output only, and digital RS485 is not easy to find. Meanwhile, RS485 Modbus-RTU is an important and popular communication protocol for controlling and making network. In the past, without such output, users have to borrow gathering card and then convert to RS485. This process will reduce the accuracy and lower the performance. Thus, in order to meet clients' requirement, we develop temperature transmitter with RS485 Modbus RTU, and its price is still low.
RS485 belongs to digital output that has higher accuracy than analog signal, e.g.4-20mA, 0-5Vdc and 0-10Vdc. Modbus is a kind of standard industrial communication protocol which is very popular and easy to operate for network monitoring. Thus, if possible, it is better to consider RS485 as priority choice unless there is special requirement.
