VCI non-wovenfabric is made up of compressed PP fibres having much higher puncture resistance, scratch resistance, tearresistance, tensile strength as well as dart impact strength compared to OrdiaryVCI paper.
In a number of applications it is important to use a Non-Woven fabric in order to protect from sharp edges of the part as wellas protruding parts which may puncture plastic or paper packaging.
RUST-XVCI non wovenfabric provides better corrosion protection with its protective vapors which neutralize the moistureas well as form a multi-molecular film on the surface of the metal and inhibit the electrolytic process of oxidation.
PACKAGING AVAILABLE
The fabric is available in rolls of 1500 mm or 1000 mm width and 250 meter length as well as in cut pieces custom or rolls of the requiredsize.

Strength fabricby its name is symbolic to not just the advantage of High Strength but also excellent moisture penetrations properties and oxygen transmissions.It is laminated on both sides with Poly Ethylene of approx 20 gsm-25 gsm on each side with a hot lamination process and cannot be easily peeled off
