Fully Automatic Collar Type Form Fill and Seal Machine with Servo Drive is an intermittent motion machine designed for the efficient packing of the product in center seal pouches.
The machine is controlled by PLC and has a MMI (man machine interface) with Touch Screen, which makes it operator friendly.
Servo Drives for both - laminate pulling through friction belts & sealing jaws, give the machine very high accuracy and speed of up to 120-130 pouches per min. (depending upon the product characteristics and filling attachment)
This machine can be synchronized with dozing filling systemand gravimetric filling system.
Suitable for a wide range of heat sealable film as a packing material such as pet/poly or pet/metpet/poly and laminates with aluminum foil and BOPP etc.
This machine is a versatile machine and pouch width can be changed very easily by replacing the forming tube and collar.
