    • Fully Automatic Collar Type Form Fill and Seal Machine with Servo Drive is an intermittent motion machine designed for the efficient packing of the product in center seal pouches.
    • The machine is controlled by PLC and has a MMI (man machine interface) with Touch Screen, which makes it operator friendly.
    • Servo Drives for both - laminate pulling through friction belts & sealing jaws, give the machine very high accuracy and speed of  up to 120-130 pouches per min. (depending upon the product characteristics and filling attachment)
    • This machine can be synchronized with dozing filling system and gravimetric filling system.
    • Suitable for a wide range of heat sealable film as a packing material such as pet/poly or pet/metpet/poly and laminates with aluminum foil and BOPP etc.
    • This machine is a versatile machine and pouch width can be changed very easily by replacing the forming tube and collar.
    • All product contact parts are made up of food grade stainless steel SS-304 / SS-316.
    • Machine has an automatic pouch length change system and can be adjusted from 65mm to 270mm.
    • Various optional attachments can be provided like Nitrogen Flushing and batch cutting as per customer's requirement (at an extra cost)
