Our Hot air oven is widely used in various industries like pharmaceuticals, petroleum and oil industries, food processing, textiles and dyeing unit etc.
USAGES
Hot air ovens are electrical devices which use dry heat to sterilize. Hot air ovens are electrical devices that use dry heat to sterilize them. Generally, the temperature range of a hot air oven is 50 to 300 ° C. It can be controlled by using a temperature controller.
APPLICATION
Hot air oven is useful for Dry heat sterilization is accomplished through conduction. The temperature is consumed by the object’s surface, then gradually advances towards the object’s core, coating after coating. The entire thing will eventually reach the temperature required for sterilization. The majority of the damage is caused by dry heat oxidizing particles. The organism dies because the primary cell components are damaged. To eradicate the most ambitious of the resistant spores, the temperature is maintained for roughly an hour.
CONSTRUCTION :-
The inner chamber of the Hot Air Oven is made of stainless steel and outside body is made of MS, duly painted/powder coated. A gap of 75 mm. filled with good quality of insulated material in between the inner and outer chamber has been kept to prevent loss of temperature due to environmental condition. Perforated shelves, made of S.S. have been provided to get the temperature uniformity in all around the chamber and to place the sample on it. Heating element of 2000 watt (wattage may vary depending upon the size/volume of the ovens) has been fitted in all the three sides to heat the inner chamber uniformly. Blower (if opted), fitted with best quality heavy motor has been provided to circulate the inside air to make the inside environment uniform and also to provide forced dry air to the samples to get dry sooner and uniformly. Exhaust holes have also been provided at the sides of the incubator to release the pressure due to hot air.

The instrument is designed and made as per the National Standard for Detection of Copper Corrosion from Petroleum Products by the Copper Strip Tarnish Test. It is suitable to determine the corrosiveness to copper of aviation gasoline, aviation turbine fuels, automotive gasoline, natural gasoline or other hydrocarbons having a Reid vapor pressure no greater than 124 kPa, cleaners solvent, kerosene, diesel fuel, distillate fuel oil, lubricating oil, and other petroleum products. The instrument has the function of temperature controlling, timing and alarming.
Used for detecting the presence of corrosive sulpher in petroleum products. The apparatus consists of a bath either dual purpose (500C & 1000C) or a boiling bath (1000C only) without stainless steel bomb and copper strips of definite size 6 bombs or 18 test tubes can be accommodate in each type of bath with different temperature regulation system to operate on 220 volts AC. mains.
Units can be used to test samples that do not require a test bomb such as diesel fuel, fuel oil, automotive gasoline, Stoddard solvent, kerosene and lubricating oil. Temperature controller has a °C/°F switchable digital set point and display (As per model.). Bath is fully insulated and features welded stainless steel double-wall construction with built-in support rack. Equipment is protected by an over temperature control circuit which automatically interrupts power to the unit should bath temperature exceed programmed cutoff point.

Our humidity chamber is provided with two doors, the inner door is made of thick plexi glass/float glass, to view the specimens/culture media/stocks, without disturbing the temperature of the chamber.
