The Low Grade ore can be Beneficiated to yield the High Grade Concentrated of different Ores like Iron Ore, Manganese Ore, Copper Ore, Bauxite, Titanium Dioxide extraction from Ilmenite and many more.

 

The services involves :

  • Mineralogy Flow sheet development. Equipment Selection. Sourcing Plant Erection and Commissioning Automation Trial Run The Process involves a detailed study of the Ore Mineralogy and the Liberation Characteristic of the Impurities bonded with the Ore body.
  • Based on the study, we develop the different Flow sheets and test it under the Laboratory conditions and finalize the best three flow sheets, which is having the best results.
  • These, three flow sheets are, then tested on the Pilot scale and finalize the best one out the three and equipment parameters are set for the Final Production Plant. Based on the Recovery percentage of Concentrate, The Final Grade Percentage and the Tailing percentage and the Grade is obtained.
