  • Negative pressure surrounds the work area with double wall plenums for protection.
  • Air drawn through pre-filter is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP, thus retaining all air-borne particles of size 0.3 micron and large. The highly efficient HEPA filter maintains the optimum cleanliness and purity. Being equipped with the prefilter, it can extend the life of HEPA filter.

  • Ergonomic and comfortable 10 degrees sloped front window for comfortable head and elbow rest position, thus reducing fatigue
  • Sash is counterbalanced for smooth and light weight operation with standard opening of 200mm 10 mm for easier access to work zone and enhanced user safety.

Temperature Control Cabinet

Tripled walled construction with force air circulation system. 75mm glass wool insulation is provided in between the two walls. Inside chamber made out of aluminium or stainless steel as desired. Out side mild steel with MS powder coated and interventing walls G.I. The door is massive construction having glass viewing window and seals against atmospheric infiltration by resillent asbestos and rubber gasket. Humidity can be obtained from (atmospheric humidity to 95%) With a sensitivity of plus or minus 3% fitted inside the door. Separate water tank has been provided at the lower / vertical side of the cabinet. Humidification is either by steam vapours or by pump fitted with the water tank. Heating is accomplished by the aid of Nichrome elements.

Temperature is controlled by imported digital temperature controller. Individually neon lamps and switches have been provided at the size of the cabinet, which can be used individually according to requirement. The temperature is recorded from the thermometer. Supplied complete with plug & cord for operation on 220/230 volts AC mains.

HK-A13 Humidity cabinet : same as above but with cooling arrangement for use from 5 Deg. C. 50 Deg. C.
