With sillimanite muffle with smooth internal surface, imported KANTHAL A-1 heating elements Are provided all around the heating chamber backed by ceramic fiber insulation. A safety protection fuse is to be provided. A simple flap type of door with a spy hole for viewing the Chamber.

Control system: Consists of an energy regulator, digital temperature controller, chromel / alumel thermocouple, Indicating lamps, etc. which will be mounted on the top of the furnace.

Supplied complete with 2 meters of 3 core wire with 3 pin plug for operation on 230 volts single phase 50 c/s AC mains.

Temperature range: Maximum temperature upto 1000C. and recommended regular working Temperature not to exceed 930C

Consists of sillimanite refractory chamber backed by high temperature ceramic insulation to Minimize heat loss. The furnace has a flap type door which is counter faced on its inside with Refractory brick lining. The furnace is suitable for bench mounting.

Heating is accomplished by the aid of imported silicon carbide heating rods supported at the top of the top of the heating chamber. Heating rods are easily replaceable and access can be gained by opening terminal cover provided at either side.

Control system: consists of an auto transformer, energy regulator, digital temperature controller with a range of 0 to 1500 C with Pt/pt. 13% Rodium thermocouple and compensating cable, one No. Ammeter, one No. voltmeter, indicating lamps, Air break magnetic contractor on 230 volts, single phase for thefirst two, size given below, while for the last size, operation on 400/440 volts 50 c/s. The furnace body is fabricated out of mild steel sheet and sections with welded and screw joints. The Terminal connection to the furnace will be brought out at the rear side of the furnace is finished in an Attractive colour paint. The furnace working heart will have a 30 height from the floor level.

The heating chamber of the furnace is lined with high quality siliminate grooved refractories to hold the heating elements. High graded ceramic insulation will be provided all around the heating chamber to minimize the heat loss.

Heating is accomplished by the aid of imported KANTHAL AI wire wound on coil from and Provided on all four sides of the chamber. The design is such that the heating elements will distribute the heat throughout the chamber uniformly and is easily accessibly for easy maintenance.

The furnace has a well insulated lifting type of door balanced by counted weight, Control gear: Consists of one No. Automatic temperature controller, pyrometer, with Cr./al. Thermocouple, indicating lamps, energy regulators, Air break magnetic contractor etc. which will be housed on sheet steel cubicle and fitted on to one side of the furnace itself

The furnace is supplied suitably wired for operation on 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50 c/s. AC mains 4 wire system.

TEMPERATURE RANGE: Maximum temperature 1000 Deg. C. and regular woring temperature not to exceed 900 Deg. C.

With grooved refractory chamber in which Kanthal A-1 heating elements are provided, ceramic fiber insulation is provided on all sides of the chamber to minimize the heat loss. A safety fuse is provided to prevent the heating elements against accidental heating.
