The inner chamber is made out of stainless steel while the outer is fabricated out of mild steel sheet and is finished in poweder coated. Glass wool insulation will be provided all around the chamber to minimize heat loss due to radiation. The door is made of stainless steel and provided with glass window for oven with 110 Deg. C. to view the samples placed inside.
The temperature is controlled by a capillary thermostat / or Electronic digital temperature controller vaccum gauge is also provided.

Construction of double walled, with rigid framework and heavily insulated with glass wool, fresh air inlet and suitable exhaust will be provided. The interior will be finished with heat resistant aluminium and the outer is finished with attractive colour paint
Heating is accomplished by the aid of strip heaters made out of imported BDH Nichrome wire provided on the sides of the inner chamber to obtain maximum temperature.
In order to obtain uniform temperature, specially designed air circulation fans are fitted on the side of the unit. The design is such the unit will suck the hot air to pass over the trays and throw it one the sides where they will be reheated and recriculated to continue the cycle. A part of the air is to come out to throw out the moisture fan motor suitable for different size of driers are give below:-
