During the process of powder coating it is essential to remove oil, dirt, lubrication greases, metal oxides, welding scale etc from the surface of the item. Different chemical and mechanical methods are used for this cleaning, depending on the size and the material to be powder coated, the type of impurities to be removed and the performance requirement of the finished product.
