Precision Tube

We manufacture various range of tube & pipes by using latest machinery and technology having capacity of production up to 20, 000 MT/Annum.

Our Precision Tube & Pipe Mill is a combination of equipment installed in a line for the production of High Frequency Induction Welded (HFIW) carbon steel tubes. The process involved is cold forming of carbon steel strip in circular shape, longitudinal welding, sizing, converting into Rectangular/Square shape and cutting to pre determined length.

Pipe cutting Method

We are using state of art NC Cold Saw cutting NIL Burr free ends no burr during cutting, facing not required, Online Cutting with Servo Control Base Unit and Sim Motion Controller.
