Multi Mill

Multi mill is a self contained portable unit useful for high speed Granulating, Pulverizing, Mixing, Shredding and Chopping of a wide range of wet and dry materials without special attachments.

Multi Mill operates on the principle of variable force swing, beaters having both knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to get the required size reduction. Multi mill is designed to utilize the principle of variable force swing beaters having both knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to control the particle reduction, material fed in to the processing chamber moves to the periphery and passes through the screen radially and tangentially.

Mechanical Sifter

Vibro sifters are used for raw material sieving in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industry. Raw material is fed through in feed hopper and there is a sieve of required mesh size through which the sieved material falls. There is Vibro motor and spring type suspension system through which the vibration of the Vibro motor are transmitted to the sieve chamber. As the sieve vibrates the material gets sifted or sieved through it. Castor wheel which are PU coated with stainless steel brackets and thrust bearings ensures easy movement of Vibro motor sifter in the production area.
