Coating Pan

Coating process is complex and requires careful monitoring and control to ensure satisfactory results. The film coating process as such is a combination of four processes going on simultaneously :

Distribution of coating material on large number of tablets
Mixing of large batch for homogenous result
Drying or evaporation of solvent
Solvent vapour removal

By optimizing each process in relation to each other, Vats & Vessels Coating Pan gives the best results. Coating Pan is of Semi - Ellipsoidal shape with circular opening at the top. Pan is mounted at an inclination of 30 to 40 to the horizontal and it is driven with worm and worm wheel type gear box and electric motor. Machine is designed with M.S. / S. S. fabricated structure and all arrangements are inside the enclosure - except electric control air filter and S.S. Pan.

Product contact parts are in stainless steel 304 / 316, all SS Parts Polished to suitable finished required of pharmaceutical equipment
The gear box, motor, and hot air blower are enclosed in a mild steel enclosure or stainless steel in case of GMP models
