Coating pan, Automatic Grade : Automatic

Coating process is complex and requires careful monitoring and control to ensure satisfactory results. The film coating process as such is a combination of four processes going on simultaneously :

• Distribution of coating material on large number of tablets

•  Mixing of large batch for homogenous result

• Drying or evaporation of solvent

•  Solvent vapour removal

By optimizing each process in relation to each other, Vats & Vessels Coating Pan gives the best results. Coating Pan is of Semi - Ellipsoidal shape with circular opening at the top. Pan is mounted at an inclination of 30° to 40° to the horizontal and it is driven with worm and worm wheel type gear box and electric motor. Machine is designed with M.S. / S. S. fabricated structure and all arrangements are inside the enclosure - except electric control air filter and S.S. Pan.
