Description and Operations

• This machine consist 2 nos of conveyors for Production Entry & Collating conveyor, Collating Flat form, Carton Erector & Case Packer conveyor & folding assembly& Tapping unit.
• Carton box can be feed manually on case erector unit.
• Machine will start automatically once Low level sensor is ON.
• Once low level sensor is on Product Separator unit separate the Products and transfers the Pick & place area.
• Once Low Level sensor is on Justifier cylinder hold the Products and separator to the running line.
• Pick & Place Horizontal pusher assembly operates by Servo motor with Ball Screw Assembly.
• Vertical - pusher assembly operates by pneumatic Cylinder with Rail Sliding Assembly.
• Pick and place Product holding tool is combination of Mechanical and Pneumatic. It is positive type function of jaw open and close. Low maintenance cost long life.
• Carton will placed in pocket conveyor of case erector conveyor and bottom tapping will be done at same timing.
• Carton Flap will open while Products inserting to carton box.
• Carton flap assembly operates by Pneumatic cylinder.
• Tapping head mounted after the box inserting area.
• Finished carton box ejected by cylinder or manually.

Description & Operations :

• Cartons need to be loaded onto the hopper on loading platform is provided to minimal the feeding frequency.
• Individual cartons will be pick place onto the pocket conveyor which is parallel to the pocket conveyor.
• Cartons will be picked and placed through individual heads through suction cups with the help of vacuum.
• Picked cartons will be placed inside the each pockets of conveyor.
• This machine consist cam operated pocket conveyor system with sliding mechanism.
• Product has to be placed in the hopper.
• Product pusher mechanism is placed parallel to Product carrying conveyor which pushes the Product inside the individual cartons.
• After Product insertion each cartons passes through cartons flap tucking mechanism which is placed parallel on both side of the conveyor.
• In tucking mechanism first side flaps will gets folded through mechanical fingers.
• At next station bottom flaps gets folded through mechanically Guides.
• After flap folding end product will be ejected to output conveyor.

Interlocks :

• No Product at input conveyor of pick and place unit machine, cartoning machine would halt and starts when product is present in auto mode.
• No Product no carton.
• No carton no Product push(ejected in bin).
• Mechanical jam drives slip through mechanical clutch mechanism.
• No cartons at hopper machine stops.
• Low air pressure machine off.
• Emergency stop machine off.

Description & Operation

• Cartons will be placed manually on the loading hopper.
• Pick & Place unit picks the single carton open and place it inside pocket of main indexing Turret.
• Next Indexing station Bottom side flaps will be folded by Pneumatic folding assembly.
• Next Indexing station Bottom Tucking will be done by Pneumatic folding assembly.
• Next Indexing station for product placing.
• Next Indexing station for product placing.
• Next Indexing station Top side flaps will be folded by Pneumatic folding assembly. Next Indexing station Top Tucking will be done by Pneumatic folding assembly.
• Final product can be collected on tray

Description & Operation

• The Cartons coming from the Cartoning machine will be taken by the input conveyor of the Bundling and Over Wrapping machine.
• The main pusher will push the Carton to the wrapping station.
• The film roll mounted on the machine will be drawn and cut to the required length.
• The Carton while being transferred to the wrapping station will take the film along with it.
• The flaps will be folded and sealed with the help of the folder and sealing head.
• The sides of the film wrapped onto pack will be folded simultaneously with the help of the folders mounted on the sides.
• The folded ends will be sealed with the pair of heater body mounted on both the sides.
