Function :

  • Manually bottles will be placed open side up in turntable.
  • Liquid filling unit is operated completely by mechanical system.
  • Sensor senses the Bottles and machine starts automatically.
  • Mechanical stopper stops 4, 6, 8 Bottles at a time.
  • Diving nozzles enters inside and fill the Bottles.
  • After filling i.e. when nozzle goes back to its home position only stopper release the Bottles.
  • Filling starts only if 6 Bottles are available at filling station.
  • Volume of liquid filling can be set as per user requirement by adjusting the action of piston.
  • The stopper is adjustable.
  • Height of filling nozzle unit is adjustable.


Interlocks :

  • No product Liquid filling machine off automatically.
