During the festival and wedding season, Khoya prices are on the higher side due to high demand of Mawa. Milk type used in preparation also impact the quality and price of Khoya. Cow milk Khoya prices are on higher side. Milk khoya price starts from 175 per kg.

Both the items are prepared from milk and used for various sweets preparations. Shelf life of Khoya is 2 to 3 days on room conditions and it can be kept for a week under the refrigerator. While Mawa powder shelf life is 6 months.
