How will you differentiate fully refined paraffin wax and semi-refined paraffin wax?

The basic difference between fully refines and semi-refined paraffin waxes is based on their different oil content. The fully refined paraffin wax has less than 0.5% oil content whereas semi-refined paraffin wax has 0.5% to 1.5% oil content. Semi paraffin wax is used in candle industries, PVC, and polishing industries whereas fully refined paraffin wax is mostly used in making cosmetic products, medical products, and also used in the food industry.

The semi-refined paraffin waxes and fully refined paraffin waxes are generally specified with grades on the basis of their melting point. For example-
