The company was established in 1998 and it has grown at a brisk pace. At present we have our clients from all over Europe, Australia, South Africa, USA and Canada. We have the entire infrastructure for supplying all types of Indian Ethnic Dresses including pure and art silk sarees, Indian handicrafts, which include handmade bags, stoles, shawls, pashmina, chain stitch rugs, paintings, gems and jewellery. Our business, Indian Art Inn was established in 1999 with a mission and vision that our handicraft products should reach all over world. Though we sell apparels and handicrafts in retail, but we have focused mainly on handicraft products. We started designing and manufacturing shawls, bags, maflars, coats, punchoos etc. through my family members who knew handwork. Since 1999, we manufacture our products from our home state Kashmir-(North India) through our family members and relatives, who are good at handwork and sell the same products at Puttaparthy-(South India). Our manufacturing is based in Kashmir and sales operations are based at Puttaparthy.

Our organization is very small. We have one Master Artisan Mr. Ghulam Ahmad Mir, Aged 73 years residing at Nowshera, Srinagar, Kashmir,
Besides we have other artisans as Showkat Ahmad Wani, aged 58years from Narwara, Kashmir, Abdul Ahad Mir, aged 67 years from Iddgah ,Kashmir and Ghulam Hassan Mir, aged 68 years from Nowshera Kashmir. These employees/artisans from Kashmir work on our handmade items like shawls, bags, coats, rugs and ponchos etc as and when required. In Puttaparthy we are four people working in store. Besides me, the other three people do assist me in running our store for sales. Their names are as:
1. Mrs Surabdin Modi (65 years): Looks after customers at reception at the store.
2. Mr Baba Fakhrudin Badsha (40Years): Looks after the tailoring needs at the store.
3. Mr Nabi Rasoul (23 years): Looks after the sales for customers at the store.
