we are manufacturer exporters of top quality precision closed die forgings & sheet metal components. Our head office is at new delhi and works are at hassangarh in the state of haryana, adjacent to delhi.
Our office is situated at prime reality space at new delhi in 400 square yards & our works are in 5000 square yards. It usually takes a 90 minutes drive from international airport, delhi to our factory.
we serve to oem tier 2 & branded customers & importers worldwide.
Our die’s, tools, fixtures are manufactured as per requirement on cnc vmc , cnc wire cut , cnc etching machines supported by an extensive conventional tool room .
Die's tools are hardened & tempered for good performance.
We forge items from 100 gms to 8 kilo grams & work in sheet metal upto 20mm thickness.
Wire welded &/or wire formed products in wire dia upto 20mm are manufactured.
Mig welded wire products are manufactured as per drawing/sample.
Indus overseas is conversant with many alloy steels, carbon steel, boron steel, mild steel.
We understand & work regularly in hardening, tempering, normalizing, annealing, basic machining. We also perform surface finish processes like zinc plating, hot dip galvanizing, painting, powder coating. Advanced welding processes are also undertaken.

1. Tool room- cad cam supported cnc machines & conventional machines
2. Material shearing & cutting shop for rounds/flats/wire rod
3. Steel forgings shop with induction heating & related press shop
4. Heat treatment shop (hardening, tempering, normalising , mar tempering, austempering, mar quenching)
5. Laboratory (microscope, hardness tester, tensile tester, upset tester, impact tester)
6. Cold press works shop
7. Zinc plating; hot dip galvanizing, black phosphating & shot blasting shop
8. Mig & tig welding, spot welding, riveting shop
9. Hydraulic press shop for special works
10. Qc & packing room
for our export customers, we pack goods in corrugated boxes, label them, palletize them.
For some bulk & heavy items we use strong wooden boxes.

we have extensive experience in working with steels, heat treatment process in products that involve tensile load applications. Most of our products are used for tensile load applications.
Our customers are oem’s, branded importers in usa, canada & europe.
We have made visits to our customers & are also regularly visited by our new & old customers at our office & plant. Apart from the product profile we also understand the fine tunings required when working in international & multi headed organizations. Communication with buyers, documents, quality reports, material testing’s are a routine job with us.
