We manufacture control panels for all types of furnaces i.e. single stage, 2-stage and modulating furnace. Also we provide control panel for Electric Arc Furnace, Induction Furnace, Oil or Gas fuel operated Furnace, etc. This is fitted with all digital meters with PID controllers, Thyristor controllers, furnace moving system with interlocking & limits switches. These panels are fitted with scanners, recorders to record the status of the furnace. Remote Control operation is also provided by us on demand.

Tray dryer control panel is fully automatic Control Panel is fitted with the tray dryer. It consists of Fuses, MCBs, MCCBs, Starters, Contactors, Safety Relays, Indication Lamps, Push Buttons, Timers, Controllers and Motor Protection Devices, Temperature controller or PID controller. Automatic or Manual mode is available .In Auto mode only necessary settings of temperature are done on Temperature or PID controller then automatically necessary control action is taken by controllers and do heating process. In manual mode, all actions are taken by operator itself. This panel is Tray dryer heating is obtained by Electrical heating, Oil or Steam Heating. Safety of operator is taken care at the time of manufacturing and designing. We have team of experts with professional engineers. Installation and commissioning is done by us onsite.
