Furnace Control Panel

Industrial Furnace is used for heating purposes. In Industries such as extraction of metals from ore or smelting, heat source for fractional distillation columns, re-melt metal in Foundries, reheat and heat treat of metals. We manufacture control panels for all types of furnaces i.e. single stage, 2-stage and modulating furnace. Also we provide control panel for Electric Arc Furnace, Induction Furnace, Oil or Gas fuel operated Furnace, etc. This is fitted with all digital meters with PID controllers, Thyristor controllers, furnace moving system with interlocking & limits switches. These panels are fitted with scanners, recorders to record the status of the furnace. Remote Control operation is also provided by us on demand.
