Rough Top Belt

It is designed for transporting light weight goods, either being inclined or being horizontal, also suitable for transporting fragile or deformed materials and packed goods, such as glass, papers, bags, boxes or cartons at angle from 15 to 35 degree. The bareback Rough Top belt makes less friction coefficient, suitable for running over table and flat panel. The design of mesh-like pattern on the top surface cover can generate the relief effect, absorbing any vibrations and impacts exerted on the materials conveyed and simultaneously preventing the material from slip. Type of Edges: Available in cut edges and moulded (protected) edges. Skim Coated: The belts are processed with all its fabric plies skim coated with superior quality rubber compounds Mildew Inhibition: The rubber compounds used in the belts are designed such as to have full protection against mildew Breaker Ply: To with stand extra impact during service the belts are provided with breaker ply on demand. Timing Belts

A timing belt is a type of cogged belt, usually made of reinforced rubber. Timing belts are used for power transmission or to interchange rotary motion and linear motion. In such cases, either high loads or maintaining a specific drive ratio are very important. A common non-automotive application of rubber timing belt is in linear positioning systems. Thus, the basic purpose of timing belt is to transfer driving force by connecting wheel transmission, chain transmission and belt transmission. Rubber belts are quieter in their operation, are less expensive and are mechanically more efficient. Flat Rubber Belts

Common flat rubber belt, also called transmission belt, commonly uses high quality cotton canvas as its skeleton layers. The surface of the canvas is scrubbed or coated with appropriate rubber, and then several layers of rubber canvas adhere together to form the flat rubber belt. On the longitudinal seam of the belt, enclosing rubber is used to make the seam firmer and better adhered together.
