The bareback Rough Top belt makes less friction coefficient, suitable for running over table and flat panel. The design of mesh-like pattern on the top surface cover can generate the relief effect, absorbing any vibrations and impacts exerted on the materials conveyed and simultaneously preventing the material from slip. A timing belt is a type of cogged belt, usually made of reinforced rubber. Timing belts are used for power transmission or to interchange rotary motion and linear motion. In such cases, either high loads or maintaining a specific drive ratio are very important. A common non-automotive application of rubber timing belt is in linear positioning systems. Thus, the basic purpose of timing belt is to transfer driving force by connecting wheel transmission, chain transmission and belt transmission. Rubber belts are quieter in their operation, are less expensive and are mechanically more efficient. Types of rubber timing belts Rubber synchronous driving belt: This is a special kind of rubber driving belt to transmit the mechanical driving force. Circular arc tooth belt: Used in sewing machinery, food processing equipment and small household electrical appliances. Composed of closed round rubber, teeth and attached belt or pulley. T-Type Belt etc.

Common flat rubber belt, also called transmission belt, commonly uses high quality cotton canvas as its skeleton layers. The surface of the canvas is scrubbed or coated with appropriate rubber, and then several layers of rubber canvas adhere together to form the flat rubber belt. On the longitudinal seam of the belt, enclosing rubber is used to make the seam firmer and better adhered together. The flat rubber belt has the characteristics of high strength, good flexibility, and small elongation in use. It is mainly used in factories, mines, docks, metallurgical industry and etc, and also widely used in ordinary mechanical power transmission, great power processing of grains of rice and wheat, irrigation equipment, wood cutting and other power transmitting equipment for industry and agriculture. Therefore it plays more and more important role in various types of power transmitting equipment.

The product consists of solid woven fabric & PVC combined together by dipping and coating with PVC paste. The belt has good flame resistant and anti-static properties, with high tensile strength in proportion to weight, good integrity and no delimitation, excellent impact and rip resistance. The belt is much suitable to service in the conditions needing fire resistant and antistatic properties as coal mines, power stations, chemical and metallurgy industries.

GRADES:GRADE M-24: Compounded from premium quality natural rubber to provide excellent resistance to cutting gouging, wear & tear and confirms to the maximum abrasion loss value & minimum tensile strength.
GRADE N-17: Recommended for medium duty services to handle sized materials like woodchips, lime, fine stones, gravel's etc.
GRADE HR(T1): Manufactured with specially formulated rubber compound for handling materials like ash, hot lime, foundry sand etc. having temperature up to 125C for coarse and 100C for fines.
GRADE SHR(T2): This cover grade is specially formulated with synthetic & natural rubber to provide superior heat & abrasion resistance. Recommended for temperature up to 180C for coarse and 160C for fines material.
GRADE UHR: Specially made with formulation of S.B.R rubber for providing ultra heat & abrasion resistance. Recommended for temperature up to 180C for coarse and 160C for fines material.
GRADE FR: This belt is widely used in coal & such type of mines where the ambient temperature may not be high but there is distinct hazard of belts being enveloped in fire.
GRADE OR: specially compounded synthetic rubber cover grade is specially designed to give the best possible resistance to mineral, vegetable and animal oils.

Cut edge flat rubber belt is manufactured by adhering several layers of full width canvas together, the sides of the belt are flat surfaces formed by cutting, the belt edge surfaces are coated with rubber paste. 2.
