Insta Foods has a modern State of the Art plant at GIDC Waghodia – about 15 kilometers outside Baroda City limits in Gujarat – India’s most industrialized state. The plant is easily accessible to all modes of transport including road, air and sea.
We have facilities for Emulsion making, Spray Drying, Vacuum Drying, Particle Sizing, Dry Blending and offer various options in Packaging – both industrial packaging and consumer product packaging.
All active production and packaging areas are maintained within controlled conditions of temperature and humidity. Our facilities have an installed capacity of
750 MT per Annum Liquid flavors and Emulsions
700 MT per Annum Spray Dried ingredients
4500 MT per Annum of Dry Blended Powder Beverages
In addition we have pilot facilities for the development of flavor emulsions and various spray dried materials.
