Cheese Powder
Our Cheese Powder is known for its rich natural taste and aroma, easy solubility and dispersibility and extended shelf life. It is 100% natural without any artificial flavors or colors. It is manufactured using the highest grade of Processed Cheddar Cheese that has been specially processed (ripened) as per our specifications. The cheese is melted using our proprietary process and spray dried using our advanced processing techniques that ensures that the taste and flavor profile of the cheese remains intact.
Since our cheese powder is made from pure processed cheddar cheese without any other additives, it gives very similar taste and mouthfeel as pure actual cheese.
Cheese powder is a very versatile ingredients that finds lot of application in convenience foods like savory snacks, extruded snacks, wafers and chips. It is also used as a primary raw material for making cheese seasonings and other culinary seasonings. In the bakery industry it is used in Biscuits, Crackers and Cheese cakes. The cheese powder can be easily reconstituted with hot water to make cheese sauces and is used to formulate dips and mayonnaise.

Our Non Dairy Creamer Powder or Coffee Creamer is known for its rich and creamy taste, mouthfeel and aroma. It is manufactured by spray drying a homogenous slurry containing corn syrup solids, casein and vegetable oils. The creamer is absolutely free flowing and easily dispersible in tea and coffee. It is standardized to 33% fat which the global norm.
Coffee Creamer finds applications in tea and coffee as a replacement for Dairy Whitener. It is also used extensively in formulation of tea and coffee premixes for vending machines as a cheaper alternative for dairy whiteners. In addition coffee creamers have an added advantage that it can used by people who suffer from lactose intolerance and are not able to digest milk.

Our Tomato Powder is manufactured from the choicest tomatoes and is known for its rich natural taste and aroma and easy solubility and dispersibility. It is free of any artificial flavors or colors. Tomato paste is spray dried at low temperatures using Maltodextrin as a carrier. It is mixed with free flow agents to make it free flowing and packed in aluminum bags under controlled conditions of temperature and humidity.
Tomato powder has huge application in the snack food industry either as a raw material for making seasonings or directly applied onto snack foods. It is also used to make soup mixes, sauces, gravies etc.

They are manufactured at our State of the Art plant located just outside Baroda City limits. Cheese Seasoning is made our 100 % Natural Cheese Powder by blending Salt, Natural Color, Cheese Flavorand Acidulants etc. to it to make it ready for dusting onto wide range of Snack Foods like Cheese Balls, Cheese Rings, Wafers etc. Our cheese seasoning is a very versatile ingredient that is used across the snack food industry. Unlike most of the cheese seasonings available in the market, our seasoning is made from actual cheese solids and not other dairy sources like Cheese Whey.
We also manufacture some custom made specialty ingredients depending on the needs of our customers and against specific orders. Insta Foods has pilot facilities for making emulsions and also a small spray dryer which aid in our research and development efforts to develop custom ingredients. Caramel Powder
We convert natural double strength Caramel Color into free flowing powder form. The product has multiple applications in products that need natural brown color in powder form including Iced Tea mixes, hot tea and cappuccino mixes, chocolate mixes etc.
This is a neutral (tasteless) flavor emulsion that is used to impart visual thickness / opacity / cloud or milkiness to any beverage. Therefore is also used as a natural white color. Liquid Cloudifying agents are also used as a base by several manufacturers to make flavor emulsions.
We manufacture Malted Milk Powder as both Brown granular powder (similar to Bournvita) and white fine powder (similar to Horlicks). The brown malted product is a delicious chocolate drink containing Malt Extract, Cocoa Powder, Milk Solids, Sugar, Minerals and Vitamins., Flavors etc. The white malted food is a made using Malt Extract, Wheat Flour, Milk Solids, Sugar, Minerals and Vitamins. Malted milk food is a tasty, nutritious and wholesome beverage. Malted milk powders cannot be dried using conventional drying processes and are manufactured by a special drying process under vacuum. Whilst our current capacity to manufacture malted milk foods is right now limited, we are looking at scaling up our capacities in near future.
Insta Foods manufacture two grades of MCT Powders. One is made using Gum Acacia as an encapsulating agent. The other is made using a traditional protein-carbohydrate matrix.
MCT in Gum Acacia (50% MCT)
Our MCT Powder in Gum Acacia contains between 50-55% MCT and balance Gum Acacia. Gum Acacia is a known and proven soluble fiber and gives the end product several advantages like :

Uses of MCT Powder
MCT Powder is a very good ingredient for protein drinks and sports drinks because it releases instant energy from fat which is required during workouts and also for boosting endurance during workouts.
The principle of MCT releasing energy without getting deposited as fat in the body is a the basis of Ketogenic diet, which is believed to be an effective way to lose weight. MCT’s are thus a very integral part of Keto Diets. Since Keto diets focus on high fat and very low carbs, our MCT 50% powder in gum acacia is especially suited for keto diets since there is zero carbohydrate in this product.
Since MCT powder is emulsified to become water soluble and also encapsulated, it is easy to incorporate the same in a variety of powder formulations like smoothies, bullet proof coffee, salad dressings etc.

Malted Milk Food Powders cannot be dried using conventional drying processes and are manufactured by a special drying process under vacuum. Whilst our current capacity to manufacture malted milk foods is right now limited, we are looking at scaling up our capacities in near future.

Liquid Flavors
We currently manufacture a custom range of liquid flavors mainly fruit flavors and milk flavors for the beverage, bakery, confectionery, dairy and pharmaceutical industries.
Current flavors available are – Orange, Mango, Pineapple, Guava, Watermelon, Litchi, Milk, Cream, Butter, Cheese, Chocolate, Vanilla, Vanilla – Custard. Other flavors can be developed as per customer needs in special cases.

Fat powders are used as a concentrated energy calorie source in nutraceutical formulations like Weight Gainers and Mass Gainers. For example a 70% fat powder delivers approximately 7.6 kCal per gram of powder. They also impart whiteness, creaminess, viscosity and mouthfeel to the beverage.
They are also widely used in Seasonings and Snack Foods for enhancing the mouthfeel of the product. Sometimes they are used a partial replacement of cheese powders in seasonings to reduce the cost of the product.
They are used in Ice Cream Mixes (Frozen Desserts), Bakery (Bread, Cake Mixes) and Dessert Mixes mixes to impart texture, taste and creaminess to the finished product. Addition of fat enhances the perception of flavor and aroma of the end products.
