Front Panel Description :

•  P.No : Product Number of current product under production
• Clock : Real Time Clock (Hrs-Mins)
• Reject : A counter input displaying the number of units rejected. Potential free contact
•  provided as input for this counter
•  Target : Dynamic target displaying the instantaneous target to be achieved during Production
•  Actual : Represents the current number of units produced. Input from either +10V pulse signal or potential free contact
•  % Efficiency : Represents the percentage efficiency of production line (Actual/Target)*100

Terminal Diagram :

•  Reject Counter can be incremented by closing contact between Pins 1&2
• Actual Counter can be incremented by closing contact between Pins 2&3 OR by giving a 10V pulse signal between Pins 3&4
• Total count can be reset by shorting terminals 7&8
• Reject Counter can be reset by shorting terminals 9&10
• Serial RS-232 output is provided on terminals 11&12
