PE-SPMMS-C91 (LBS) is an on-line dust monitoring device using the mainstream technology of laser back scattered light principle with imported core components. PE-SPMMS-C91(LBS) is mainly used for continuous monitoring of various sources emissions of particulate matter concentrations. It can be either Equipped either with CEMS .

 

It is available for monitoring and control of soot emission , flue gas DeSOx and removal of dust for power generation boilers, industrial furnaces , industrial boilers in the thermal power, iron and steel metallurgy , petrochemical , chemical , cement production, ceramics , waste incineration etc.

Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems

Gas Sample in flue gases passes through the probe, primary filtration, sampling ball valve and secondary filtration in the chassis, then reaches to measuring cell. After analysis the density and humidity of all components the sample gas will be drained through sampling pump.

 

By controlling sampling ball valve and back-blowing solenoid valve, the system can regularly back –blow to the probe. It can also realize the regular calibration of the analyzer by controlling and calibration solenoid valve.
