INSTRUMEX STACK MONITORING KIT IPM-112 is designed to serve the most crucial purpose of measuring the total volumetric discharge of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants from the stacks. This efficient and flexible system samples, all gaseous stream effluents in accordance with the Air Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act of 1981 by which all industrial establishments have to measure and monitor emissions from their plants and keep them under controlled limits. It takes accurate isokinetic samples of the effluents in the emissions from chemical and combustion process. Designed to operate with its sampling probe in a horizontal or vertical position, this versatile unit can be used in round or rectangular stacks and ducts with flow velocities from 1 to 40 m/sec and temperatures up to 600C or higher with optional accessories. It collects particulate samples (down to 0.3 dial) sulphur dioxide gas (SO2) sulphur trioxide (SO3), Sulphuric Acid mist (H2SO4), Oxides of Nitrogen (NO3), Water vapors and many other gases which can be measured by Chemical methods.

It is the most compact Air Sampler with customized flow range options.
It employs a rugged diaphragm pump which is capable of continuous operation without overheating. Specially designed for workplace & indoor environments, the IPM-971 has also proved its prowess in outdoor environments with medium to heavy dust density. A programmable timer allows automatic sampling and inbuilt charging circuit ensures continuous sampling in AC power while the battery is being charged. Provision to accommodate 2 mid get glass impingers (35ml. Capacity) for gaseous sampling.

Instrumex has found the solution to this problem - The Dual Channel Sampler for measurement of PM2.5 & PM10 dust concentrations in ambient air – Simultaneously!
The flow control module uses the proven technology used in Instrumex's IPM-FDS 2.5/10µ Fine dust Sampler that has enjoyed over 400 installations across India and abroad. The two channels in IPM-FDS-2510 are individually controlled by separate flow control element but integrated into a single controller module. Thereby giving precise microprocessor based flow control for two channels. Both the channels individually comply with Federal Reference Method of USEPA as described in 40 CFR Part-50 Appendix L for determination of Particulate Matter. It also confirms with the CPCB guidelines for Measurement of Ambient Air Pollutants.
