The field air flow calibrator is ideal for field calibration of PM2.5 Sampler. It works with a precise flow of 16.67LPM and calibrate air flow ranging from 1-30 LPM. The calibrator is available with measuring provision for barometric pressure and ambient temperature and NIST traceability. It is suitable for temperature range of -30° to +55° C and displays both actual and standard flow rates. The device is and is powered by battery. It is simple in operation with no moving parts. The flow through the instrument is uninterrupted and the graphic software provides a continuous output display for all the functions.
The Gilian Gilibrator 2 Calibration System is an easy to use Primary Standard for the calibration of air sampling equipment. The system includes a high accuracy, electronic flow meter that provides instantaneous air flow readings and cumulative averaging of multiple samples. Standalone Gaseous Sampling Kit enables sampling of 4 gases at a time. Housed in a light weight powder coated aluminum assembly, this kit is extremely portable rain/dust proof. A digital timer for automatic start and stop provision ensures accurate sampling time.

Thermoelectric Gaseous Sampling Kit is a Gaseous sampling kit with automatic temperature control. It employs a Peltier cooling system and a thermostat for setting the desired temperature between 0 – 60 Deg C. Instrumex Ambient Fine Dust Sampler is designed as per USEPA guidelines for sampling of PM2.5 and PM1 0 particles in Ambient Air. The USEPA based WINS impactor separates the particles smaller than 2.5p by the principle of impaction at a regulated flow of 1 m3/hr. A critical orifice controls the flow throughout the sampling period. PM1 0 particle sampling is achieved by replacing the WINS impactor with a downtube.

Instrumex Respirable Dust Sampler is a versatile dust sampler that is based on a design standardized by CPCB for collection of PM10 & Totoal Suspended Particulates (TSPM) in ambient air and also simultaneously samples the particulates having aerodynamic diameter less than 10 Micron.

Instrument Overview
Instrumex Respirable Dust Sampler employs heavy duty Brushless and Noiseless blower that draws air through a size-selective inlet and through a 20.3 X 25.4 cm (8 X 10)" filter at a flow rate, which is typically between 0.9 — 1.4 m3/min maintained by an Orifice. A cyclonic flow technique is used to separate the particles with aerodynamic diameter less than the cut-point of the inlet (PM10). These are collected by the filter. The particles greater than 10 micron are separated at the bottom of the cyclone into a dust collecting bottle. The mass of PM10 particles is determined by the difference in filter weights prior to and after sampling. The concentration of PM10 in the designated size range is calculated by dividing the weight gain of the filter by the volume of air sampled.

In tropical weather where temperatures can soar above 35°C, the reagents in the impingers tend to evaporate quickly. This results in erroneous reporting of the Gaseous pollutants. Instrumex Thermoelectric Gaseous Sampling Kit is a separate enclosure with a Peltier cooling system that automatically maintains temperature between 10 - 15°C. Thereby completely eliminating the hassle of replacing the ice/cold water after every few hours

A weather monitoring station is a facility with instruments and equipment for measuring atmospheric conditions to provide information for weather forecasts and to study the weather and climate. It is available with Solar Panel and Mounting Accessories. The data is stored in a 2GB MicroSD card and also transmitted over to a central server through GSM/GPRS and data from this server can be downloaded into the PC. A GPRS activated sim card is required for data Transfer to network. Data from this network is available through internet irrespective of the location of installation. WindEx Wind Rose And Wind Trend Plotting Software
Wind Rose & Wind Trend Plotting Software is an extremely simple tool to generate Wind Rose diagrams and Wind Trend plots from the data fetched by Instrumex Weather Monitoring Station. A wind rose is a graphical tool used to show wind speed and wind direction for a particular location over a specified period of time at a specific location. To create a wind rose, average wind direction and wind speed values are logged at a site, at short intervals, over a period of time, e.g. Every 5 minutes (In case of Instrumex Weather Station), 1 Hour, 1 Day or longer. The collected wind data is then sorted by wind direction so that the percentage of time that the wind was blowing from each direction can be determined. In case of Instrumex WindEx, the wind direction data is sorted into sixteen equal arc segments, 22.5° each segment, in preparation for plotting a circular graph in which the radius of each of the twelve segments represents the percentage of time that the wind blew from each of the twelve 22.5° direction segments. Wind speed data can be superimposed on each direction segment to indicate, for example, the average wind speed when the wind was blowing from that segment's direction and the maximum wind speed during the logging period.
Gas Sample in flue gases passes through the probe, primary filtration, sampling ball valve and secondary filtration in the chassis, then reaches to measuring cell. After analysis the density and humidity of all components the sample gas will be drained through sampling pump.
By controlling sampling ball valve and back-blowing solenoid valve, the system can regularly back –blow to the probe. It can also realize the regular calibration of the analyzer by controlling and calibration solenoid valve.
