MOSFET/IGBT Four firing board, the firing board provides isolation to the controller board from the high voltage MOSFET switches. Four firing board is an ideal isolation solution for H-bridge and cascaded H-Bridge boards.
Features
Requires only one transformer for isolation per H-Bridge MOSFET board.
Input Firing Pulse upto 200 Khz.
Can drive any MOSFET or IGBT with 12V Vgs.
Specifications
6N137 opto coupler and IR2110 MOSFET driver based gate firing reduces the isolation transformer count by 4:1.
Inverted Logic input ensures weaker microcontroller IOs can also drive the MOSFETs.
