Sourced from the holy river Ganga at Roorkee and processed through 7 stages of purification. UNA is one of the purest form of packaged drinking water. UNA captures the real essence of river Ganga by preserving its century old taste, purifying it and adding minerals to make it healthier.

It’s not just water it’s a taste of a tradition.

The water is passed through 7 stages of purification first stage being the disinfection of Raw Water with the use of Liquid Chlorine. Water is then stored in UG tanks and passed through sand & activated carbon filter, Then it is passed through 5 Micron Filters & RO Membrane & then water is passed through 1 Micron Filter & finally through SS Blending Filter of 0.2 Micron for a fine polishing of water. After that the water is passed through Ultra Violet Treatment System & Ozonater and finally into the bottle.

36crystal clear PET bottle with BIS approved label or your label will be packaged using shrink wrap. The bottles are then placed in wooden pallet if needed.

We’ll also like to inform you that in India for our Indian Consumers we are Manufacturing Packaged Drinking Water as per Indian Standard ISO 14543. But if any consumer require to manufacture the Packaged Drinking Water as per his standard & specifications we can also provide him. We can also manufacture Natural Mineral Water as per Indian Standard No. ISO 13428.
Our facility include 3 Semi-Automatic PET Stretch Blowing Machines having Blowing capacity of 1100 BPH of 1 ltr of each Machine & total capacity of all three Blowing Machines is 3000 BPH to 3300 BPH 1 Fully Automatic Rinsing Filling & Capping Machine & Filling of water in bottles is done through this Fully Automatic Rinsing Filling & Capping Machine. In order to improve the quality of our products we had provided one extra UV Treatment System at the In-let of this Filling Machine. Capacity of this Filling Machine is 60 BPM for 1 ltr. Bottle. This Machine can be used for Filling of 200 to 2000 ml water bottles & in addition to this we had also provided two extra UV treatment one for UV treatments of Neck of Bottle & other for UV Treatment of Cap of Bottles & all these have been provided for the betterment of quality of our products. We have 1 Fully Automatic BOPP, Labelling Machine used for fixing of Pre-Printed Labels in the form of rolls & having a provision of Hot Melt glue labelling role feed wrap labels system & output of this labelling Machine is 60 BPM & can be used for pet bottles of sizes 200 to 2000 ml.
We also have one complete in house Chemical Lab & one Microbiological Lab for conducting in house test of water sample under the strict vigilance control of Experts of this field as per requirement & the approved procedure of BIS for conducting in house Chemical & Microbiological tests. We are getting our samples tested from any independent & reputed Lab very frequent ablest once in a month.
We would like to inform you that for the processing & manufacturing of RO Water we are using one fully Automatic 7 stage R.O Plant having a capacity of 6000 LPH in SS-316. In this plant we had made a provision of disinfection of Raw Water using Liquid Chlorine before storing it in UGS Tank. The Raw Water is passed through Sand & Activated Carbon Filter, before passing through 5 Micron Filters & RO Membrane & then water is passed through 1 Micron Filter & finally through SS Blending Filter of 0.2 Micron to give a shine & fine polishing to the water. Water is then passed through Ultra Violet Treatment System & after this Ozonation treatment is done with Ozonater with Concentrated Oxygen to increase the shelf life more than 1 year. The final TDS of product water is 35 PPM & PH is 7.35 to 7.40 sparkling white, clear & colourless. After all these process‘s product water is stored in 5000 ltrs SS-316 Storage Tank & from this storage tank product water is pumped in to SS-316 filling system & filling of all products is done through this filling system.
