Kacchi Kairi pickle is made in small batches from handpicked seasonal green mangoes. After a thorough inspection, mangoes are cut and left in the sun to dehydrate. Ready mangoes are then rubbed with ground spices and pure mustard oil. Later to be placed in a glass jar and kept in the sun for several days to mature.Natural preservation enhances the flavors and the longevity of the pickles.

Handpicked, Brine, Once Dehydrated under the sun all the spices, pure mustard oil, flavored with raw mangoes are mixed and placed in a glass jar and kept in the sun for  seven days to mature. Natural preservation enhances the flavors and the longevity of the pickles.
