This Powder Making Unit is used for converting raw material which is in the form of Agricultural waste, Forestry waste and Municipal waste into powder form. This machine has five important parts: Screw Conveyor, Hammer Mill, Blower, Pipe, and Cyclone & Airlock. The process starts from screw conveyor through which raw material is poured into Hammer Mill. The second step involves the Hammer Mill that converts the size of waste materials into powdered form. The third step includes Blower which blows the raw material in powder form to Cyclone & Airlock through the Pipe attached to it. Cyclone & Airlock stores the powdery raw material and then this powder stuff is transferred to Briquetting Press for producing Biomass Briquettes.
