Further Details :- Offered wide range of Jayshakti C-Type Power Press is available in "C" frame versions that have the capacity ranging from 5 ton to 250 tons. Apart from its strong & economical construction, it is known for its several standard as well as optional features that include manual/auto lubrication systems, die-coilers and so on.
Housing Structure :- For making its frame strong and durable, we have used high quality steel plates with ideal cross ribbing. Also, the press which have the capacity up to 30ton is provided with cast iron legs. In order to ensure the alignment of its frame structure, proper machining has been done.
Clutch :- This rolling key type clutch is well supported as well as has rigid construction. designed to provide stroke for mass production in continuous manner.
Crank Shaft :- Made out of steel alloy, crank shaft is fitted with bushes; made up of bronze, for having high precision, accuracy, smooth working operation, and longevity.
Fly Wheel :- This cast iron flywheel is designed in proper radius, which helps in smooth and balanced movement of press machine. Further, it is used for storing and releasing the required energy, which is essential for the proper functioning of offered press.
Gears :- These are made with the help of precision hobbing machine by utilizing high grade steel castor.
Lubrication System :- Known for high efficiency, this system has been provided to lubricate the sliding surfaces and moving parts for their smooth and hassle free movement.
