Frame :- Frame is of robust fabricated steel construction of rigid & interlocked design. It is strain-free and supports the ram and bed. Pneumatic Clutch & Combined Brake Linked with the flywheel engages every time when the foot switch or both hand is Pressed.
Cranck Shaft :- It is made of special EN8 high tensile steel machined and ground to highest degree of accuracy.
Bearings :- Bush Bearings of high grade Gunmetal machined to almost grade of accuracy with provision of oil grooves to ensure a proper fill of oil lubricant for smooth running of the machine in all conditions.
Knock Out :- Presses above 10 Tons capacity are fitted with knock-out Brackets for stopping down the parts drawn, thus facility the work.
Ram :- Ram is of rigid construction of high tensile cast iron/cast steel with round die shanke hole and clamp.It can be tightend by means of the screws on the side.The slide can be adjust the stroke as desired with out hit and trial method.
Stroke :- Power presses are manufactured with adjustable stroke. Amultiple Claw Sleeve with graduation is provided to get the required adjustment in the Stroke.Operator can adjust the stroke as desired without hit and trial method.
Fly Wheel :- Made of high grade C.I. and designed to generated the maximum energy.

FRAME : Rigid steel frame of"JSMT"press brakes are optimally designed to avoid weak sections at load support & are of interlocked design. The heavy duty steel construction frame is so designed to absorb heavy shocks of over load .All welding edges are properly machined for weld joints.
HYDR. POWER PACK : Hydraulic system is situteted in bottom at rear side of machine. Hydraulic components are of internationally reputed makers like YUKEN Vickers, Dowty, Rexroth etc. valves are mounted on a compact manifold block minimizing piping and chances of leakages. For oil cooling sufficient size of oil reservoir is provided.
CYLINDERS : Cylinders are precisely honed & are fitted with hard chromed piston rod with best quality sealing elements. Both Cylinders are mounted at back side of machine and are synchronized for parallelism between ram and table, by providing mechanical links connected with cylinder.
RAM TILTING ARRANGEMENT : Tilting arrangement consists of eccentric pin and screw, nut. It adjust parallelism between ram and table.
MECHANICAL BACK GAUGE : Manual back gauge is a standard equipment provided onJSMTpress brakes.
V-BLOCK AND PUNCH : JSMTpress brakes are provided with high quality, standard "V" block & "V" punch.
OPERATION : Electric panel and operational console are provided at right side of the machine for easy operation by the operator. Console and control panel is provided with on-off push button, three phase indicator, pendent and foot switch.
