AIR HANDLING UNIT ( A H U )

This type equipment is not one of the Air conditioner, secondary type of equipment for air conditioner. So it's called Air Handling Unit. There are Two types of Air handling unit that is the first the Direct Air handling unit the Second the In direct air handling unit. It's variants Thermal break & coving profiles, Mixing box section, Heating sections with heating coil or heating elements, Filter modules to suit Hepa Bag Fine & Pre-Filters, Heat recovery wheel sections, Humidification section, Panel thickness of 254050 and with varied sheet thickness, Aluminum channel for fan & motor support Unit base, Aluminum three way joint for frame work, Hydrophilic coated Aluminum fins for cooling coils. Frame work is made of anti corrode Aluminum extruded profiles of adequate thickness joined together by three way rigid Nylon corners. Here used imported fans AMCA certified, DIDW extensive range for varied static and air volume requirements being selected for high efficiency. Cooling coils are selected for the maximum heat transfer by a selection software. Coils are produced in house using high speed fin press and mechanical expansion.
