CT-100 is an intermittent motion medium-high speed cartoning machine. It is suitable for cartoning of tubes, bottles, bars as well as blister packs. The CT-100BL model machine has a special blister collating station that counts and releases a set number of blister pack cards on Adjustable Conveyor Mechanism. This sophisticated machine incorporates latest in pneumatic, electronic, photo sensing and mechanical mechanism technology. It is highly operator friendly, easy to use and maintain machine. The blister pack cards are to be manually loaded on the blister magazine and the flattened cartons are to be stacked on carton magazine. All the rest of the operations are automatic.
