The Rapid Mixer Granulator is designed to suit the requirements of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry. As the name suggests, this machine performs two operations - mixing and granulating. After mixing of dry powders or granules, subsequent wet granulation occurs producing loose granules, thus avoiding transfer of dry mixture.
A traditional vertical rotor mill, suitable for granulation, pulverising, shredding, chopping etc. from dry and wet materials. Rotor has 12 blades with blunt and knife edges for hammering and cutting action and is easy to remove. Speed is variable and reversible. Output varying from 100kg to 800kg per hour depending on product and screen.
This is a fully automatic process plant specially designed for manufacture of syrup, antacid and other liquid formulations. The entire process is PLC controlled, where product remains untouched and with minimum handling, ensuring quick, efficient and clean production.
The Octagonal Blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules homogeneously. Octagonal Blender is suitable mainly for Crystalline & Granular material.
