Our product range contains a wide range of Button Sliced Mushroom in Brine, Fresh Mushroom, Canned Mushroom and Frozen Mushroom
At present our company offers several kinds of canned products under brand name Tarai Fresh . All our products meet the highest quality standards. We are going to expand our product line by including more varieties in the range. As we believe canned food is as healthy and nutritious as fresh food.Most of our products are prepared with low-salt, no-salt, and low-sugar contents to satisfy our customers with special dietary needs and those who prefer a more natural flavor.
We are located in Tarai region. This is the most fertile part of India and produces majority of India's wheat. Wheat straw is the most vital substrate for mushroom growing. Every batch of compost is monitored in exactness for various physical and chemical parameters.
Sixteen climate controlled concrete growing rooms to ensure that mushrooms are available each day. Presently the capacity is about 1.5 ton per day.
FRESH TASTE ALWAYS The Mushrooms are canned within a few hours of picking in our sister concern Jindal Frozen Foods Pvt. Ltd, this mean no brine pack always freshly canned mushrooms under the brand name Tarai Fresh. It is also having IQF facility. So freshly frozen mushroom is also available .
