Welcome To Our Aquaponics Farm!

At JMS Freshroot, our mission is to revolutionize food production, providing clean and nutritious food to the community. Located in Kutch, Gujarat, we aim to strengthen clean food production by constructing Asia's largest aquaponic system, spanning over 70,000 square feet.

Our greenhouse and fish-rearing facility work harmoniously to produce abundant greens nurtured by fish nutrients, uplifting the community after the devastating earthquake

Our aquaponic system combines the cultivation of exotic greens with the rearing of fish, including salmon, Koi, Tilapia, and rainbow trout. By utilising recirculated water, we create a sustainable environment where the fish provide nutrients to enhance plant growth, while the plants purify the water, benefiting both ecosystems.


This environmentally sound approach allows us to offer chemical-free, nutritious, and delicious food to meet the increasing demand for high-quality seafood and exotic greens in India.

Since our first head of lettuce was harvested in May 2023, we have been steadily expanding our operations. With each passing day, we are producing 600 kg of exotic greens and witnessing the growth of our fish.

Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond aquaponics as a small percentage of the released water is used to irrigate a mango field, contributing to the cultivation of another organic fruit
