  • Material and rating- 150 pound Carbon steel (sizes available: 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″)
 
Elements
 

SHEATH MATERIAL

  • Sizes available: .440, .315

HOUSING

  • Incoloy for immersion in materials corrosive to copper and stainless steel and high heat environments (to1600o F)
  • Stainless Steel for environments corrosive to copper (1200oF)
  • Copper for water heating and Liquids not corrosive to copper (to 350o F)
  • NEMA 1- without thermostat options

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

  • Thermostat option (see previous page)
  • Thermocouple may be spot welded to element sheath

CIRCUITS

  • Single-phase: one or two elements
  • Three-phase: three, six or nine elements
  • Number of elements possible by Flange size:
    3″- 1, 2 or 3
    4″- 2, 3, 4 or 6
    5″- 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 or 9
    6″- 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 or 9
