This is a hand-woven jute carpet created by inserting one row of tufts at a time over a cotton weft (cross weave) in yarn. This enables the weaver to build a multi-colored and complex patterned carpet often identified by their geometric patterns and tremendous longevity.
They are reversible and can lend a global, exotic aesthetic to any room.
