Polymer Latex Cement Modifier

The concept of latex-hydraulic cement mix design was introduced in the year 1923. But practically, the use of latex modified mortars and concretes started in the 1960s. In almost all developed countries like America, Europe, Japan, and USSR the practical application were started in the 1960s only.Latex - cement combination in cement mortar and concrete is governed by both the cement mortar and concrete is governed by both the cement hydration and latex polymer film formation processes in their binder phase. In the process, a 'co-matrix' phase is formed by both cement hydration & polymer film formation. The properties of ordinary cement mortar and concrete are generally improved to a great extent by latex modification. In latex modified mortar and concrete, it appears that the micro cracks are bridged by the polymer films or membranes which prevent crack propagation and simultaneously, a strong cement hydrate-aggregate bond is formed. The sealing effect due to polymer film formed in the structure also provides a considerable increase in water-proofness, resistance to chloride ion penetration, moisture transmission, carbonation, oxygen diffusion, chemical resistance, and freeze-thaw durability. We offer Polymer Latex Cement Modifier available under the brand name Hydracrete SBR. The Polymer Latex Cement Modifier, offered by us, is especially developed material ensuring quality and durability. Silicone Resin Emulsion Paint

The building construction materials are mostly mineral based and they have high porous surface structure which readily absorbs water, the exterior facade get damaged and discolored by rain and atmospheric pollutants. The latest advancement in construction industry is the use of insulating masonry and lightweight blocks and plasters which retains water and moisture. Any absorbed moisture must be able to escape to the atmosphere to protect interiors. To overcome these problems there is need of a coating which must have very high water - vapor permeability, low water absorption, attractive decorative appearance and extreme durability. ACRYSIL the Silicone Resin Emulsion Paint meets all these requirements with mineral like matt finish. The quality Acrysil Silicone Resin Emulsion Paint that we offer is economically priced.

Benefits
  • Ready to use
  • Brushable, roller and sprayable
  • Attractive color shades.
  • Excellent water repellency - there is no swelling, flaking or darkening of the finish even after heavy rain and water pressure.
  • High permeability to water vapor and carbon dioxide - open pored surface property ensure a controlled water and gas equilibrium. There is also no effect on thermal conductivity or insulation or carbonation.
  • Very good resistance to weathering, industrial emissions and microbial attack - the surface remains permanently dry.
  • Paintability - because of chalky matt texture, can be easily painted.
  • Solvent free - water born excellent environmental compatible.
  • No dirt pickup
  • No fire hazards.

End Uses
ACRYSIL is an attractive and protective duel function coating that lasts for more than a decade. It is recommended for old as well as newly built residential, municipal, industrial, conservational & repair of historic buildings.

Direction For Use
Surface Preparation
The surface shall be free of dirt, dust and earlier paint. Thoroughly clean the surface. Any repairing of plaster is required must be carried out prior to application of ACRYSIL. No primer is required, because silicone itself bonds strongly to mineral materials. Do not apply on existing oil paints or non - permeable coating like epoxies or polyurethanes. Wash the surface if possible to open the pores for better performance.

Mixing : For priming coat dilute the paint 25 - 30 % by volume with clean water, mix thoroughly to a uniform liquid and apply by good quality brush.

Application : For top coats dilute the paint 15 - 20 % by volume with water and apply by good quality brush or roller. Two coats are required for better hiding and protection.

Cleaning : Tools can be cleaned with water immediately after use.

Storage & Shelf Life : Store the ACRYSIL at cool and dry place away, from sun heat in original sealed containers. Shelf life is six months from the date of manufacture.

Packing : 1, 4, 20 liters plastic or metal tins

Single Pack Silicone

We offer Single Pack Silicone that is available under the popular Krisrepell Brand. Single Pack Silicone, offered by us, is water and oil repellent. Single Pack Silicone (KRISREPELL) is available in two grades. One grade is for a treatment of mineral substrates i.e. facades of air faced masonry and cement. Another grade is to improve oil and water resistance of hard stones, marbles, granites etc. Both the materials are ready to use chemically 'SILANE - SILOXANE' composition in a solvent media, forms a chemical structure similar to Quartz on application and reaction.

The Cementitious - mineral building materials when comes in contact with water, pollutant gases and carbon dioxide, they absorb water and results into a damage. The damages are like penetration of moisture, cracks due to swelling & shrinkage, frost & deicing salts, efflorescence and salt damage caused by hydration and crystallization, lime leaching, rust stains, dirt pick up, attack by algae, fungi and moss & chemical corrosion of reinforcement steel yield to destruction of concrete.

Benefits
  • Ready to use.
  • Can be applied by brush, roller or spray.
  • Very thin liquid - deep penetration.
  • Drastic reduction in water absorption.
  • Resistance to alkalies.
  • No change in surface appearance - glossy, tacky or yellowing.
  • Resistance to UV light.
  • Bridges hairline crack for water repellency.
  • Excellent water vapor diffusion.
  • Non toxic - no health risk.
