Our product range contains a wide range of PP Woven Jumbo Bags
PP Woven Jumbo Bags also known as Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers or bulk bag is a large bag made out of woven polypropylene used to store and/or transport dry products or hazardous products. FIBC dimensions available based on customer needs. The bags typically hold anywhere from 2000 4000 lbs (1000 Kgs to 2000 Kgs) of product and generally placed on pallets by fork lifts using the attached corner lift loops. These bags are typically constructed from woven polypropylene (PP) fabric in the form of cubic bags. The fabric used may be a single layer, with extra loose liner or laminated. We also can design a turnkey, custom FIBC for your specific process or business needs.
Our FIBCs meet the needs of many industries including aggregate, agriculture, chemical, construction, food, fertilizer, rubber, construction, aquaculture, pet food products and pharmaceuticals.
Our range of regular jumbo bags are available in coated and uncoated variety, with inner PE liner, barrier liner, etc. Fabric of these bags can be either laminated or un-laminated with or without liner (PE Film) as per the product properties and varies on weight depending on the requirements of the Safe Working Load (SWL) or Safety Factor (SF)
FIBC can be lifted by 10 lift loops, Stevedore Straps, Lifting Sleeves, Single Point Crane Lift. Lifting options can vary and can be custom made. FIBCs can be emptied several different ways but the most common discharge is an outlet spout that is attached to the bottom of the bag. Sometimes the discharge spout is inside a closure on the bottom of the bag such as a petal closure, pajama closure or star / x-cut closure. The closure is designed to protect the spout and to prevent the product from leaking / sifting out of the outlet before required. Discharge spouts can vary and can be custom made.
