Grapes are dipped in warm water and the coated with sulphur dioxide to ensure golden colour throughout the drying process for yellow Raisins. After that they are laid out on wooden trays to dry, where warm air is blown on them to speed up the drying process which takes about a day. Raisins are rich in Vitamin B and help fight viral and bacterial infections.
