The heating media used is an oil/ gas fired burner attached to heat exchanger. These are widely used in automotive industry besides various other industries.

• It is similar to Electrical belt Conveyor Oven but it has Oil/Gas fired heat exchanger as heating media instead of electrical heating elements.
• The total fuel consumption varies depending upon the size of working chamber & the working temperature.
• Saves running cost as compared to electrical conveyor oven.
• The air circulation is done with the help of dynamically balanced blowers to achieve uniform temperature throughout the inner chamber.
• Fully automatic imported burners are fitted on the heat exchanger for burning of Oil/ LPG.

KERONE can supply an energy efficient oven to use with your overhead conveyor. The oven can be made to support the conveyor track inside the heated chamber to help contain heat and fumes, or to have a slot on top to for part hangers to pass through. Ovens have been built with part profiles as small as 4"x12" to as large as 8ft x 11ft.

Ovens and control panels are built to be installed quickly, with a minimum of field wiring required. When permitted, all systems are completely factory assembled, set up and tested prior to shipment to assure a simple trouble free start up.

Construction :

Heavy Angle Frame Structure, covered with M.S. sheet -welded joints.Glass wool insulation to minimum 100 m.m. thick.Double or triple walled construction with mild steel or stainless steel inner chamber.Fill sixe door and runners for trolley at bottom level.Air circulation from side or top motor & blower.

Heating & controls :

Heating is provided by long life S.S. tubler air heaters situated in the side cavities.The heaters are easily replaceable.Working temperature within Oven is controlled by thermostat or Digital controller.Main Switch, Heater Selectors Switch.Amps Meter, Volt meter, Starter for motor, contactor, indicating lamps are provided in control panel
