Kisaan Die Tech offers forged steel rings in carbon, alloy and stainless steels. Rings can be forged to any specification. Maximum sizes are: CARBON STEEL Maximum outside diameter – 2000mm Maximum thickness – 350mm Maximum weight – 3000kg ALLOY STEEL Maximum outside diameter – 1700mm Maximum thickness – 350mm STAINLESS STEEL Maximum outside diameter – 1500mm Maximum thickness – 300mm

Offers forges gear blanks. Isaan die tech forges gear blanks in carbon, alloy and stainless steels. Gear blanks can be forged to your specifications, using either a closed or open die forging process. maximum outside diameter – 1500 mm maximum forged weight – 5000 kg.

Kisaan Die Tech also manufactures tube sheets. Tube sheets can be supplied drilled andor machined to your specifications. Tube sheets can also be manufactured from alloy and stainless steels to maximum dimensions of 1800mm x 350mm.

Kisaan Die Tech manufactures mechanical couplings to standard and custom specifications. Several coupling types are available, including: Gear Couplings (Flexible and Rigid), Fluid Couplings and Bushings. Kisaan Die Tech can forge couplings from carbon, alloy and stainless steels.

Shafts are available in carbon and alloy steels and can be threaded, bored, tapered, splined or eccentric, according to your specifications.
