We offer premium quality air bubble packaging rolls in different width of 1mtr., 1.5mtr., & 2mtr. Standard length of roll is 100 mtr. It is used for the packaging of fragile items which are highly sensitive and more prone to damage. Our air bubble packaging rolls provide complete safety to the packed products and ensure safe delivery. We offer these rolls in both standard and customized form as per the clients various packaging requirements. We also manufacture Antistatic Air bubble rolls in various colors.
We also offer wide range of colored air bubble rolls in different grades and widths as well in various colors. Air bubble rolls can be slit and perforated according to the client's specifications. These colored rolls can also provide static protection for electronic components.
We produce foam laminated air bubble film which is widely used as packaging material. It is basically a layer of air bubble laminated with EPE foam.
EPE foam is produced through extrusion technologies. It is special purpose foam of closed cell structure. It can be shaped in different semi-finished products such as tubes, profiles, sheets and rods. The expansion results in a substantial reduction of the polyethylene density. Low Density Poly Ethylene (LDPE) as a raw material for this foam has typically a specific density of 920 kg/m3. On the other hand the average density of PE foams is 24 kg/m3. This weight reduction is obtained by expanding the PE approximately 30 times.

EPS loose fills which is also called as bean bag refills are EPS expanded beads of different sizes. These expanded thermocole beads or thermocole beans(loose fills) are available in different sizes and has different applications. Some of them are mentioned below along with their sizes and applications.
0.5mmto 1.0mm Pillows, Mattresses, Cushions etc. (This application uses fine grads expanded beads of approx density 16-20 kg/m3. These beads are filled in pillows. Mattresses. Cushions instead of cotton or other material. It feels like water is filled in and gives a very relax and smooth feeling.
4mm to 6mm (density 6-7 kg/m3) These sized loose fills or thermocole beans are used in lazy bean bags used in a person can sit on this lazy bean bag in any posture and the bean bag will take shape of that particular posture at that time, thus giving a very unique and relax feeling. 10mm to 12mm (density 6-7 kg/m3) Dyeing and Textile Units. (These sized loose fills along with some chemicals are used in Dyeing and Textile Units to fade the colour of the clothes (especially jeans). This helps to give a glossy look to the clothes instead of very bright and rough look.

We supply blocks of various densities & grade which starts from 6 density and goes up to 36. TF Grade thermocole blocks are also available with us which are fire retardant.
EPS blocks are cut into different size to produce EPS sheets. However blocks are cut into different shapes and sizes to produce hand fabricated packaging for small requirements.
These are solid EPE foam rods available in various diameters which is mainly used in providing backup to sealants. Back up rod ensure stronger bonding of sealants with Masonry, aluminium or other substrates and helps to maintain desired thickness of sealants at the joint centre. It does not allow sealants wastage through seepage. It eliminates bubbling of sealants due to its closed cells.
