EPE foam is produced through extrusion technologies. It is special purpose foam of closed cell structure. It can be shaped in different semi-finished products such as tubes, profiles, sheets and rods. The expansion results in a substantial reduction of the polyethylene density. Low Density Poly Ethylene (LDPE) as a raw material for this foam has typically a specific density of 920 kg/m3. On the other hand the average density of PE foams is 24 kg/m3. This weight reduction is obtained by expanding the PE approximately 30 times.
Expanded Polyethylene Foam is a versatile & unique product, due to its inherent characteristics it is ideal in packaging, insulation (Thermal & Acoustical), marine sports, construction & in various other fields.
Our products are available in standard forms of rolls, sheets, pouches and can also be tailor made as per the requirements of the customers.
It is closed cell cross linked, dual expansion PE/EVA Foam manufactured by Burn Process having unique features like good strength & mechanical properties at much lower weight. It has extremely microcellular structure & is an ideal choice for applications requiring space fillers, display casings, aesthetic & non educational aids. The product offers excellent buoyancy & is extensively used in recreational, swimming and floating devices. The product can be thermoformed, available in various grades & densities. Customization option like colors & thickness ranging from 1mm to 100 mm.

It is used in mid-sole, insole, tongue foot beds, strap and other components. Shoe inserts and Full Cup Insole & Half Cup insole are available in a variety of designs, patterns, different thickness, shades and densities as per the customer's specifications.
