Calibrated ropes for cutting marble and granite. Generally, standard ropes for traditional spring mounting or plasticization are 4.85 +/- 0.05 mm in diameter, with 61 galvanized wires and a guaranteed minimum breaking load of 1800 kg.

Generally, standard ropes for traditional spring mounting or plasticization are 4.85 +/- 0.05 mm in diameter, with 61 galvanized wires and a guaranteed minimum breaking load of 1800 kg. They are normally supplied in coils or reels of 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000 meters.
 

We supply special ropes for different types of diamond wire:

  • For rubberized wires, galvanized and/or brass-plated cable diam 4.80/4.90 mm with 133 wires.
  • For 3.80 mm diameter galvanized cable shaping machines with 61 or 84 wires.
  • For multiwire machines cable diam. 2.90mm, 3.20mm, 3.50mm, 3.80mm, 49-strand.
  • 4, 8 MM    6X7+19   61 WIRES
